So here i am again, asked if i should take Xray but she always consider to try from the most gentle solutions first. I started seeing Dr Melvin in 2019 to get a consultation on adult braces for myself and got a practical and affordable solution from Dr. The environment of the clinic has always been lovely and warm with helpful and kind nurses (even before the fancy upgrade). My whole braces journey took 3 and a half years but I never dread a monthly visit. Maybe the way he consults is suited to my busy lifestyle but I was always in an out of the clinic within 10 minutes on a monthly basis unless there is more that is required. Every consultation is precise and on point. He also answers any kind of questions (silly or not) to clear any doubts you might have. The nurses will also send a reminder for your appontment a day before so you don't forget or if you need to reschedule. This is a clinic that I recommend to all of my friends. Dr Melvin is the dentist i trust for my root canals. The guy i trust to do my sons braces. Because he is the pro that makes other dentists look like hacks. He is a dentist that i as a patient would rather take one week of painkillers while waiting for my appoinment than see any another dentist. Because you know he is going to do a great job. Every single time. Of course i have a gripe. His fame has grown so much that the patient base is huge, so the appoinment books are quite a long wait... But it's worth it. Every time. He fixes it good and he fixes it better than others. So it's worth the wait for me.

First time i didnt feel uncomfortable at all. Feels like a vacation. Even the receptionist are very nice. I really recommended you guys to come here. The waiting area was clean and inviting, with a relaxing atmosphere. The dental hygienist was gentle yet thorough during my root canal and crown treatment. I was able to watch Netflix while Dr.Melvin did the treatment so I can distract my fear towards it. I felt confident in their expertise and the clinic was equipped with modern technology.
